City Relations

The role of a City Relations Officer is to
  • Discuss with grantors the feasibility of being able to install our furniture and provide services to citizens
  • Find appropriate contacts in cities, build relationships, propose innovative services, answer public tenders, and follow up on the implementation of the project
  • And be good at communication and negotiations, have the capacity to work on long term projects, and exhibits logical thinking


The Operations department is in charge of building our assets, organising advertising postings, and keeping our furniture in perfect condition through regular cleaning and maintenance. A person interested in this role needs to have a good understanding of such field work.


The Sales department’s role is to sell our advertising media to advertisers and advertising agencies. A person interested in this role needs to be a highly motivated individual, be able to build relationships with clients and understand their communication goals, and have good communication and negotiation skills.

Finance and administration

The Finance and Administration team encompasses a large scope of work – accounting, reporting, business analysis, IT, compliance, administration and human resources management. Being able to understand our business through figures, being hands on with great attention to detail is what makes this team real business partners for the other JCDecaux teams.
